PRIVACY POLICY

The Presto Gallery respects your personal information. When you put in an order or sign up for our newsletter you are automatically added to our mailing list. We do not give out any information to third parties, marketing companies, etc. We also do not sell, rent, barter or trade any of your personal information.

We use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about new merchandise or special offers on our website. If you wish not to receive these updates, simply reply to newsletter@theprestogallery.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject and youÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡ll be removed immediately.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site simply to make online orders possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. Again, the Presto Gallery does not sell, rent, barter or trade any of your personal information to others.

ORDERING + PAYMENT

The Presto Gallery accepts the following forms of payment:

All payments are processed through PaypalÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡s secure system and you wonÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡t need a Paypal account to check out.

To place an order simply add items you would like to purchase by clicking "BUY". After you have made necessary adjustments and updated quantities as desired, click "CHECKOUT" and follow through the checkout process to complete your order. After completing your order, a confirmation will appear. Confirmed orders usually ship within 48 hours.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped within California will be charged sales tax on total merchandise. No sales tax charges for other states or countries.

All domestic orders (within the United States) are shipped either USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post or USPS Express Mail.

First-Class Mail Service
. Packages under 13 oz. can be shipped First-Class.
. Delivery time is estimated at 5-7 business days nationwide.
. Delivery to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
. Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.

Parcel Post Service
. Delivery time is varies nationwide.
. Delivery to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
. Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.

Express Mail Service
. Guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery nationwide.
. Delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
. Available 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays, to most locations at no additional charge.
. Includes proof of delivery with signature upon request and tracking information.

All international orders (outside the United States) are shipped either USPS First-Class Mail International or USPS Express Mial International.

Express Mail International
. Our fastest option to ship overseas.
. Delivery time is estimated at 3-5 business days.

First-Class Mail International
. Delivery time estimated at 7 to 10 business days. This is not guaranteed and does not include time taken by customs in your country to clear the package (which can take up to 30 days).
. No tracking available.

Please note: If you choose to ship your package with First-Class Mail International there is no tracking available and the Presto Gallery is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will provide any information to help track down lost packages.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Many of the products we sell are collectible items, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is possible that you may find slight variations or blemishes with your product. This is because many of the items are hand-assembled and/or hand-painted. Also, some of our stock is imported from overseas and is not readily available in North America. Due to international shipping costs and the uniqueness of the products, our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. For these reasons we hope you understand our no returns policy. Thanks!

DAMAGED GOODS RETURN POLICY

If your merchandise has a significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we will be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it may be exchanged for another item of equal value. You must contact the Presto Gallery within TEN (10) DAYS from the shipping date in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting the Presto Gallery in writing will not be honored. Please direct all return inquiries to sales@theprestogallery.com. Returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
